We have hired Joe the Roofer to re-roof our house in the early spring and are very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience. For a homeowner, we learn from experience that choosing the right contractor is the most important aspect of the project. Before we made our choice, we carefully vetted nearly a dozen local and regional roofing companies, large and small. We settled on this company due to their reputation, volume, value, and work schedule. Their staff, from receptionist and office staff on the phone to salesman and installation team in person, are all friendly and professional, and are very responsive to our questions and needs. We appreciate salesman Alex and office staff's attentiveness, patience, and thoroughness. Their price is reasonable for the grade of materials used and quality of installation. The installation team led by Vincent did a great job, non-stopping for two days for the size and complexity of our roof work. We had a chance to interact with the owner to have a final walkthrough, which really showed this company's dedication and thoroughness. In the end, we can echo other positive reviews that this is a great roofing company and we are very happy to have chosen them to perform the work.

Alex came over and discussed an estimate with me. He was very professional and very clear. I agreed and signed the contract. The estimate was very fair, but I was also informed that once the old roof material was removed there could be an added expense if there had to be plywood replacement. In my case, I did have to replace some plywood. Even so, the end price was very reasonable. I had other companies come in and give me estimates. Joe the Roofer was the best. They showed up on the specified day by 7 AM and were done by 6:30 PM. The crew was amazing and the work was very, very good. I am highly satisfied with the whole experience. They cleaned every speck of debris that was on my lawn and in my backyard. As a matter of fact, my backyard looked better once they left. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of repairs to their home. Thanks again for all your excellent work and professionalism!

They completed my roof, which included roof removal and replacement, soffit removal and replacement, and gutter removal and replacement. I am very happy with their workmanship, which is critical towards protecting my roof. Finding an honest roofer is a daunting task. I got 4 quotes, which differed greatly with regard to scope of work. One contractor quoted a cost which was double my final cost because it included unnecessary work, another quoted a few thousand dollars lower just to get the job, and another hardly did any inspection before providing me with a quote. I felt more comfortable choosing Joe The Roofer because 1. They are local. 2. They always answer the phone. 3. They have more than 100 reviews, most of which are 5 stars. 4. Their price was competitive. 5. They are so confident in their work that they don't require an upfront deposit.

The whole process went smoothly, and the results were excellent! They ripped off two layers of roofing and installed a new roof the same day. Problems were encountered around the chimney, and Shawn, the project manager, took the time to move an exhaust vent so a “cricket” could be built to divert the rainwater. We had a beautiful roof completed by Joe the Roofer about 6 months ago. Everything was seamless. A small addition roof was completed about 3 years ago via the seller of my home. We recently had an issue with water (related to the work done by another company). The owner came next day to check it out. And sent a team the day after that to do temporary fix. They came out to do the estimate within a couple of days, had it to us that night, offered us financing, and the whole process start to finish for our new roof took no more than 10 days. They showed up exactly on time and finished at the exact time they said they would. They cleaned up so well it was like they were never here. It was all in all a wonderful experience. A crew arrived early on the appointed day and worked for over 12 hours in difficult weather to complete the installation of new roofs on the house and garage. They remained into darkness to clean the area of debris. Everything was completed in one day with excellent workmanship. The entire experience--initial contact to payment--was managed with professionalism.

The best decision we made was to go with Joe The Roofer for total home outdoor renovation! We did new roof, siding, and leafless gutters. Starting with Carlos, who spent so much time explaining the process, bringing samples many times so he gave us time to make the right choices of products, colors, and design for us. Very nice, professional, and patient. Made a few visits to our home with no pressure at all. Thank you, Carlos! We went with your company because of you! The three separate teams, roof, siding, and gutters, are experts in their fields, each with their own managers: special thanks to Charlie, Gabriel, a very talented detail-oriented professional, and John. All are meticulous professionals. The teams arrived early morning each day and worked late into the evenings. They come every day till done. Thank you all, especially Abraham from the siding team who was my go-to on a day-to-day basis. There were initially some hiccups with our roof install, but Joe personally handled the issues very professionally. Anything that went wrong, he made every attempt to make it right. You could say that things shouldn’t have gone wrong, but that’s often unavoidable with this size/type of project. Overall would recommend!

Phenomenal!! It's been several months since I had Joe The Roofer replace my roof, update my fascia and soffits, install new siding and several new windows. I must say that I was (and still am) totally satisfied with the workmanship, results, and experience. Alex and Joe The Roofer were literally amazing. I don’t often post online reviews, but I felt compelled to take the time to give Alex and Joe The Roofer the recognition they deserve. We had worked with Alex (as our salesperson & project manager) from our initial meeting to final walkthrough and payment. Alex was **amazing** and worked closely with us to develop the design as we discussed our needs and budget. Alex was there with us at every turn of the job. Many times during the job, there were design changes (at other times a few touch-ups) that I requested. These items were fully accommodated without any headaches or surprise costs! Joe The Roofer (the company) stood behind Alex for everything. It is so extremely rare to see an organization work so diligently for the client and with such synergy as Joe The Roofer has proven. There were many things stated by Alex in our upfront discussions that I felt I would need to see to believe (“We are responsive and dedicated to the customer”, “No surprises or surprise costs”, “I will work with you through the whole job to ensure everything is to your satisfaction”). Alex was there at every step, and I experienced all of this in action. Alex (and the company office) responded promptly and cordially to all my calls and concerns.
